Being responsible for financial restructuring and recovery. Various triggers, established by the local bank, can lead into financial struggle concerning mortgages and attached insurances. There is (structural) contact, with all involved parties, to reach an appropriate solution with the debtor when problems in paying the mortgage will occur. The challenge is to find this appropriate solution without losing the commercial relationship. Finally the loss risk should be limited.
