As Merchandise Manager I'm responsible for: *the buying of all retail and concession POS worldwide and factory out-lets. *Analysing, monitoring and react on: KPI’s, turnover, stockturn, sellthroughrates, OTB, NOOS, stock levels, margins, markdowns product-related marketing actions. *Participation in global product development/design meetings to ensure that retail needs are met. *In charge of collection briefings and meetings to ensure strong efficient and representative assortments in all channels.

As Country Merchandiser / Retail Buyer I was responsible for: * Buying of a commercial and well balanced collection (12 collections a year) for different channels: - Buying Retail POS - Buying Concession POS - Buying Online-shop - Buying Intelligent Wholesale * Product development for the Benelux market. * Inform which products the local market needs. * Analyses: KPI'S, Turnovers, Marketing actions, Margins, Markdowns etc. * Monitoring: NOOS, Stock levels, transfers (Allocation)

As Assistant Retail buyer I was responsible for buying a we balanced and commercial collection for retail formula Dolcis - 98 POS. * Analyzing: Turnovers, best/badsellers, margins, markdowns. * Other tasks: Negotiate bying-prices, Order-entry, Re-order, Follow-up lead-times and transport documents, Contact person for suppliers in Europe and Asia, Visit shoe fairs, follow-up market information and trends.
