Created and implemented a progression framework for the Engineering Discipline for the first time in the company. Architected and implemented several microservices that together build the communication platform for the organization where Transport Managers and Dispatch Managers can interact with each other.

Led a team of two backend Engineers and helped the company in scaling up the infrastructure and adding 5 more small-scale ISPs into the system. Introduced performance review, feedback, employee development programs, and appraisal culture in the team. Introduced Agile methodologies and guided the founders on the benefits of being Agile and following the Scrum ceremonies. Migrated a single-tenant enterprise-level application to a multi-tenant architecture all from scratch.

Developed a web-based application for the digital transformation and asset management of one of the world’s leading Apparel and footwear manufacturing companies - Adidas. Visited the client location in Germany for 4 months and helped the onsite team implement the workflow management system for Adidas. - Developed backend application using Python and open source TACTIC framework. - Assisted Front-end team in UI customization using AngularJS. - Trained and managed a team of 3 developers in India.

Responsible for developing, configuring, and testing COBOL and JCL codes that run on Mainframe machines. Developed and customized JCL and SAS codes for batch processing of existing and new healthcare plans and coverages for the end-users. Involved in requirement gathering, project planning, test design, and handoff meetings.
