-Operational Management of 3 Software Development Projects distributed within 5 teams located in Bucharest, Noida (India) & France (~50 people) -Local management of our B2B Software Department - 7 project teams, ~60 collaborators: Developpers, Quality Engineers, Requirement Analysts (recruitment, HR development...)

- Redaction and implementation of BRD IT Project Management Methodology (In-House or Extern Developments) - Implementation of Microsoft Enterprise Project Management solution (EPM). Adaptation of this software with the BRD needs, functional & technical administration, support and users formation

- Translation and monitoring of the specifications coming from France. - Development of solutions in Java & Web technologies (in a 17 people team) - Training, documentation (user manual) and Support for the set-up and usage of the solutions Technologies: Tomcat, JBoss, J2EE, Web Services AXIS 2, Java, JSF, JSP, XML, Applet, Webwork, Cewolf
