6 months assignment done at DECATHLON as a mechanical consultant. o Conceive test machines for the mechanical laboratory at DECATHLON CAMPUS (Head quarter) in Villeneuve d’Ascq, France. o Execution of the conception with Solid Edge. o Request for estimates, monitoring of the production and technical acceptance. Check of the European standard conformity and certification of the machines.

Expert project executed at the Composite material laboratory of the Arts et Métiers centre of Lille, in partnership with the NENUPHAR company. o Optimise an innovative heating equipment and manufacture the prototype of innovative windmill blade for NENUPHAR company. o Execute the experiments (using Taguchi methods) to find the best equipment for an application, improve the blade cosmetic and industrialisate the production.

Work placement during the second year at Arts et Métiers Paristech as an engineer assistant. o Conceive (Solid Edge) equipments to improve the assembly of the roof (composite material piece): Execution of the global project from the redaction of specifications to the request for estimate. o Conceive, modelise and draft boat pieces. o Involvement in additional tasks: monitoring of suppliers, contact with customers and journalists (mainly English speakers).
