Key responsibilities: - - Completely functioning e-business «from scratch» in Ukraine in just 3 months: setting up local organizational structure and operations (marketing, logistics, customer care). - Operational management and business development. - Break-even within 1 year. - Sustained the growth of the company during severe devaluation of local currencies (300% fall in Ukraine) and despite loss of 40% of market areas (Crimea, Eastern Ukraine). - Participated in selling the company to investors.

- Starting operations in Austria, - Business development: new customer acquisition and cooperation with financial institutions in order to provide financing for potential leasing deals, - Preparation of legal and financial aspects of potential leasing deals in different fields (leasing of equipment for energy and construction sectors, real estate, private jets etc.). Structuring of cross-border deals. - Successful project for a power plant in Serbia.

Was responsible for launching mail order / e-commerce business in Ukraine. Afterwards directly responsible for Marketing & Sales, E-Commerce, Logistics, Customer Care. Completely functioning business «from scratch». Stable growth of sales, e-commerce share and brand recognition.
