Main Tasks: 1. Supporting the managing director in handling the daily business. 2. Assisting in the analysis and reporting of sales data. 3. Communicate with relevant departments of BROCK and HQ in China to handle the order process. 4. Assist in the organization of meetings and events. 5. Assist in the preparation of business reports and act as translator.

- Purchasing and supplier management: Execution of procurement inquiries via the MAHLE supplier portal - Offer analysis: Analysis and evaluation of offers along the supply chain - Project management: processing exciting subtasks and projects in a European context (e.g. supply bottlenecks, price negotiations, project implementation) - Reports and data analysis, SAP/R3: Purchasing-specific analyses and key figure reports using SAP, MS Office

- Data management: Collection, approval and archiving of relevant documents and reports from the customer business service department - Customer service: Operational matters such as purchase-related APP online interaction and answering questions with customers - Training: Collaboration with departments such as training center and customer service center to complete and operate the knowledge database.
