Member of the board of QINO UCITS Funds ICAV, Ireland, responsible for regulatory compliance, capital, financial management and distribution.

Transition of the investment strategy from 2011 into an UCITS compliant investment fund. Setup of QINO UCITS Funds ICAV and two sub-funds: QINO essential Alpha (global multi asset, absolute return) and QINO European+ LS (equity long/short, absolute return), under Irish jurisdiction.

Heading proprietary trading activities in equity, fixed income, foreign exchange and money market products including all derivatives with operations in Vienna and Bucharest. Responsible also for securitization services, as well as structuring and execution of corporate finance and M&A transactions in Central & Eastern Europe.
