Sourcing responsibility for the cold stampings content (localization in EU - Import from India, Brazil and Russia) for the B-Car (Ecosport) in Craiova. • Developed a localization sourcing strategy for cold stampings on the Ford Ecosport program. • Lead on negotiation activities with local and global suppliers • Working in a global team on savings opportunities • Restructuring the current supply base strategy

Responsible for the GPIRS orders and the unpriced receipts. • Working with the payable Team in Indian on the prototype suspended receipts metrics. • Regular meetings with prototype buyers, finance and suppliers to prepare a time/action plan for solving the unpriced receipts.

• Supporting the reconstruction of the supplier park in Valencia based on the new model content (Transit / CD-Car / Kuga). • Liaise with suppliers to obtain cost and timing data. • Support the buyer in internal processes e.g. WIPS, Soba, Bailment, ASAP, SAP, TVM report. • Working on the sourcing process, preparing purchase orders, lump sum payments, claims in SAP purchasing system. • Support the buyer in preparation for negotiation with the suppliers.

• Analyze the present status of the marketing controlling procedure in the company • Identify the need of controlling measures and prepare suggestions for their benefit • Definition of indicators and creating a performance measurement method • Using the new implemented measurement control on new marketing campaigns • Preparing reports about the findings of the marketing campaigns and present the outcome to the executive board

• Creating request of quotes for non contract material • Order placing via SAP, full responsibility of the operational ordering process • Daily contact with suppliers inside and outside Europe • Support the commodity buyers for market analyses • Participation in weekly team meetings
