Set up and lead an HR Shared Service Center for the EMEA region. Member of the Global HR Operations Team representing EMEA HR Services. Championship for a global project to analyze current state HR processes and technology, assess maturity, execute a gap analysis versus industry standard and developed a road map to close the gap in processes and technology.

Manufacturing Leadership and Plant Leadership. Drive functional and operational excellence. Restructure operations in alignment with the requirements from business areas which operate on an international level and which work strongly with a specification driven customer portfolio.
