Experience in hiring for different industries: Finance, Legal, Real Estate, Health, Engineering, Oil & Gas, IT, Automotive, etc. -Interviews and assessments for different positions (Top Management, Middle management and Junior/graduate positions). -Leading Junior Talent Programs for college students.

Supporting the HR Business Partner in Learning and Development and Annual Perfomance Appraisal. Point of contact for employees for HR related inquiries. Onboarding to new employees.

Running the full Recruitment Process up to offer closure and on-boarding of employees. Close relationship with the hiring managers to understand their needs and find the best candidates in the market. - Learning and Development: follow up of the yearly learning plan for Argentina, Bolivia and Uruguay. Working with the different departments to collect business priorities and capability gaps where learning investments add value. -Annual Performance Appraisal: manage the entire process.
