My role here includes managing day-to-day recruitment activity on our open vacancies (benchmarking, direct sourcing & advertising, budget tracking, 3rd party management, assessment, offer management, onboarding), as well as working on a broad range of recruitment projects including workforce planning, implementing a variety of recruitment policies & procedures, Careers website re-launch, ATS implementation, employer branding, induction programme, assessment & selection process, skills gap pipelining etc

Hired on a contract basis to support a peak in recruitment within the Online Content Management area of Amazon, managing the recruitment process with a focus on direct candidate sourcing, building pipelines of passive candidates for current & future roles via a number of creative search methods.

Partnering with hiring managers to recruit all roles across designated business areas - primarily Technology - IT, Programmes / Projects and Creative Services (in-house Digital Media & Design) working to 75% direct hire model. I was part of a brand new in-house Resourcing team, previously managed by RPO, and was fortunate to have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of process improvement & implementation projects.

Central point of contact within HR Talent Acquisition for recruitment within the company’s EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) remit, responsible for experienced hires including niche technical specialist positions as well as a variety of Head Office roles. Additionally I was central to the delivery of a variety of international Resourcing projects.

- Advising hiring managers on recruitment process, selecting most appropriate sourcing and selection methods for each campaign; managing 3rd party supplier relationships. - Supporting the design, delivery & evaluation of events including the Graduate recruitment programme, high-volume recruitment assessment centres and careers fairs; facilitating SHL occupational testing. - Developing and maintaining talent pools within in-house recruitment database. - Evaluation of performance of applicant tracking syst

- Managing candidate sourcing on behalf of clients within a specific skill-set market - Candidate generation through a range of methods including online advertising, database mining, networking and referrals, and headhunting - Ongoing market, industry & competitor research to be passed on to the client with a consultative approach - Regularly analysing key recruitment MI and metrics
