Antonin Guez

MTU is the leading European manufacturer of large scale fuel cells for stationary power generation. I am leading there the search for new investors. Within the first 6 months of my arrival, I developed and negotiated a cooperation agreement with the leading supplier and operator of sewage plants, completely revised the business plan of the company; mainly regarding sales and product development; lobbyed for EU subsidies.

As a manager in the Group Audit department, I'm responsible for identifying improvement potential in subsidiaries of Lafarge worldwide. On assignment, I lead a team of 3 to 4 persons from the Audit department and routinely interact with senior management.

As a project manager, I led 2 successful assignments: the partial renovation of an assembly line in an automobile plant and the updating of a NATO telecommunication software. I also participated in the preparation of the technical and industrial concept for the development of the next generation of NATO communication systems.
