-Organize, follow up and active participation in all the maintaining and operation activities of OSS Support platforms (Systems Updates / Upgrades). -Ensure the performance and availability of the OSS Support by managing the overall jobs of the unit. -Administration, Maintenance & Reporting on OSS platforms operation and third party platforms under responsibility. -Troubleshooting & escalation of problems based on support agreement procedures.

-Administration and maintenance of OSS Support platforms and third party platforms interacting with OSS (NetAct OSS5.5 MP, NetAct 15, NetAct Performance Manager, NetManager, EMC CLARiiON). -Work Orders Implementation, Administration & Operation, Support, Maintenance & Routine Checks, System Back-ups, Monitoring & Reporting (LDAP, Active Directory, RMAN, Citrix). -Troubleshooting & escalation of problems based on support agreement procedures (Linux/Unix, Oracle SQL, Networking).

- Administration and maintenance of the OSS platforms (NetAct, Traffica, AuditTrail, MiniLink) - Troubleshooting and upcoming issues - Scheduled procedure for health check - Network supervision and faulty management - Perform Daily Check and Quality Monitoring of the Network - Fault Identification and Escalation - Reporting tasks
