- Working within multifunction teams (UX, QA, Backend, FrontEnd, Analytics and Customer Service); - Practical knowledge with agile methods, such as Scrum, XP, Lean, SAFe, KanBan and Nexus; - Coach of agile culture at SKY in the process of Digital transformation; - Focus on the inspection and adaptation of agile practices; - Support in the maturity of the team, in order to provide self-organization; - Support the P.O in the design, prioritization and Backlog refinement;

- User Stories Elicitation - User Story Mapping - Prioritization of Backlog through US / Epic benefits, using Analytics metrics, Quality of APP, User Experience and ROI. - Backlog building, refinement and grooming. - Planning of future sprints. - Knowledge of business requirements and rules that support the user story writing. - Knowledge to build Release planning.
