Responsible for delivering all facets of Graduate recruiting success throughout northern Europe. This is achieved through the development of recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new and creative recruiting ideas to ensure that Google hires the best graduate talent.

We may have made our name in IT and digital, but our operations division has grown directly out of our success with non-IT roles. Our existing clients were so delighted with our work, they started to ask us to source for other roles outside IT. What started as a few one-offs has grown into a division with its own dedicated team and growing network of high quality candidates across the full range of operational roles.

Joining the SThree group as a Trainee, I worked within several key divisions during this time building in depth knowledge of several specialists and technical sectors for both UK and International assignments.
