Tasked with spearheading technical hiring for 3 major platforms for the Maintenance Operations function and additionally managed corporate level hiring for IT, PMO & Supply Chain departments at AMMROC. Within these key programs, I functioned as the primary contact for the stakeholders and candidates. Tasked with the end to end recruitment process of these programs I was expected to deliver high quality assessments, sourcing strategies, candidates and relationship management.

Recruited candidates for my clients from the Oil and Gas, EPC sector and other government entities in the GCC region.
