I was recruited as Technical Lead and I was given a new project to handle as Project Lead and I started the Project from Initiation, Planning, Requirement Analysis, Design & Development. Initially CMMi5 processes were followed and then moved to Agile Technology. So I have prepared MPP and then for Agile - Sprint planning using RTC ( Rational Team Concert). Project was Time & Material Basis. Total 7 People Team under me. Reporting to Program Manager.

I have started as Software Developer in this company. I performed so well in all given opportunities and took all new challanges and learn new technologies in ongoing projects Like Objective-C, Cocoa Framework, Crystal Report, SQL Server. I have worked in total 5 Projects. 3 of them my role was Project Leader & I followed CMMi3 Processes. I have lead maximum 8 People Team.

This company is now closed. It was a branch of IBS group USA. I was recruited for a VC++ Spyware project but due to fund crunch it was shutdown. So I leaned .net and worked in another ongoing .Net Project and prepare a replica of gTalk for the the Site Member of that WebProject. Also prepare webservice in C#.

Started as fresher with this company. Worked in Public Safety Software.
