Founder and owner of a long-running technology services and platforms company, responsible for systems architecture, platform reliability, and client advisory. Built and led small engineering teams delivering and operating infrastructure services with a strong focus on stability, security, and customer trust. Services included accredited domain registration (.pl, .eu), SSL certificate management, and endpoint security solutions.

Led the design and delivery of an Issuer Processing platform (IaaS) for a fintech operating in the Mastercard ecosystem. Owned the technical and product architecture of the platform, including: - Integration with the Mastercard Network - ACS / 3DS flows for secure card authentication - Physical card manufacturing and lifecycle processes - Acted as the technical counterpart for clients during onboarding and integrations, translating regulatory and business requirements into scalable, secure system designs.

Owned the full system lifecycle — from concept and architecture through development, deployment, and long-term operations — while advising clients on technical and business decisions. Acted as a trusted technical advisor, helping clients choose pragmatic, scalable solutions aligned with business goals, compliance requirements, and long-term maintainability.

The team I joined was responsible for re-building from scratch (and maintaining after) the in-house platform used to provide website + email hosting and domain registration services. It was the time when almost all providers used custom-built solutions. We used Perl programming language to build our platform and backend for customer panels. Our company was - and still is - one of the leaders in the CEE hosting companies market.
