Optimizing the data and reporting landscape within the SIDCO department at Airbus Finkenwerder via ALTEN. By leveraging tools like Skywise and Qlik Sense, I establish robust data governance and standardized KPI metrics to modernize plant reporting and enhance operational decision-making across teams.

I managed data from various systems, visualized insights using Power BI, and led data engineering projects to improve BI efficiency. I was also the product owner of a sales prediction tool. By enhancing data quality and automating processes, I drove better decision-making within the company. Through ongoing reviews and adaptation based on Scrum and Kanban, I cultivated a team culture focused on working smarter, not harder.

I offered software and IT assistance to the Atomic-Scale Characterization group, while also compiling technical publications based on my previous contributions. Utilizing software I developed for the institute, I analyzed extensive data sets from APT experiments during my previous tenure with the department

In my informatics project, I analyzed multiple APT datasets using clustering algorithms and statistical methods, developing a Python GUI app for 3D layer analysis and composition detection. This led to a published research paper. Simultaneously, I conducted experiments for multi-scale characterization of gear material, resulting in another published article. Additionally, I performed APT characterization of iridium nanowires via electrochemical processing, which yielded a high-impact research work.

At the Materials Synthesis and Processing department of Jülich research center, I studied aviation materials known as Thermal Barrier Coatings using image processing and deep-learning in Python. By collecting experimental data, including electron microscopy, mercury porosimetry, and roughness measurements, I developed a method to assess material characteristics solely through sample images, minimizing future manufacturing losses.

As a Python software developer within the thermal spray department, I designed and built a PyQt-based image analysis Ul tool to assist metallography engineers. Alongside this core project, I calibrated a new mobile adhesion-testing device, managed technical documentation for a heat simulation program, and prepared process data for chemical etching. Additionally, I maintained department activity logs and tracked KPls utilizing MS Excel.

Served as a graduate research intern within the Materials Science division, providing foundational technical support, managing laboratory testing environments, and preparing alloy variations for scientific projects involving rare-earth elements.
