Project Management & Localization Strategy Execution. Execution of localization projects and imported projects. Development, audit, management and cultivation of local suppliers. Assessment and management of local suppliers in terms of project delivery quality and schedule performance. Coordination among the Service & Spare Parts Department, Project Execution Department, and Procurement & Technical Department. Management of company cash flow and accounts receivable.

Lead and motivate team to deliver continuous improvement and cost reduction Communicate regularly with team and stake-holders Provide man hour estimation Organize inspection in order to assure deliveries as per requirement Critically assess progress, risks and performance of vendor, take action to improve/ protect company’s interest Actively expedite progress and report to stake-holders in time (early warning) Follow up with assigned inspectors and vendors and keep the PPM and Project team informed

Execution of specific inspection items, screening and evaluation of project execution personnel. Conduct detailed technical communication with customers according to their requirements, and determine inspection solutions and plans. Training and regular evaluation of inspectors.

Quality inspection, schedule follow-up, technical guidance and document translation for equipment in the thermal power, nuclear power, chemical and other industries during factory manufacturing.

Responsible for the drawing design and manufacturing process formulation of metal parts and components.
