Set and apply the necessary rigorous and process to entirely new use cases. Occasional travel to key customer sites and regional offices to work with their Engineering teams to resolve critical issues, and enable rapid development Assess and addresses new detail of customer projects, which includes novel approaches to solving customer requirements in terms of application modification and/or firmware modification.

Lead & own the process of preparation of design deliverables with due consideration for applicable Codes & Standards. Take ownership of deliverables produced & their quality. Capture all changes / modifications in the deliverables that has been intimated by Project, prior to release of deliverable. Ensure appropriate checking & review of all documents / drawings before release at any Revision status. Attend project review meetings.

Develop software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle. Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions. Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.
