Responsible for more than 300 Solaris and Red Hat Servers in Banking IT Infrastructure. Working on daily basis with following components: SUN Virtualization – LDOMs , Zones,VMware ESX – Red Hat VMs, SVM, VxVM – configuring, troubleshooting and maintaining, HA – Veritas Cluster (VCS), SAN storage – administration and migration related tasks, Solaris to Red Hat migration, Installation of third party software packages, maintenance patch rollouts, Analyze and troubleshoot backup failures

Providing high technical level support for English speaking customers within EMEA region. Resolving advanced software and hardware problems related to all SUN Microsystems servers (entry/midrange/high level, x86/SPARC) and Solaris OS (8,9,10).

Undertaking initial diagnostics of the incident, using the tools available and resolving as many as possible on initial contact, Accurately record and classify all incoming Incidents with appropriate priority, category and incident summary details. Support covered: i.e. Windows Xp, Windows 2003, AD, Cisco VPN, Outlook, MS Office.

Thesis – “An example of integration Unix and Windows platforms” (Solaris 10 and Windows 2008). Files server(Samba) and mailserver(postfix,dovecot+add-ons) working in Solaris10 zones (zfs,zones,ipmp) authenticated via MS Active Directory.
