Presently, Serve as a Senior Linux Administrator role, I am responsible for leading the planning and operations of a US based client's Linux infrastructure, both on-prem and cloud-based. I am in charge of over 200+ servers, hosted on Dell and HP hardware, that run different flavors of Linux such as RedHat (RHEL 5, 6, 7 & 8), CentOS, Ubuntu, Debian and Amazon Linux AMI running client applications and services with Ticket Management.

As a Technical Specialist, My responsibilities included managing Linux & Windows systems administration activities, including server maintenance, updates and hardware upgrades. I have also managed Data Centre support operations Third party DC (Internap DataCenter, Atlanta) and DR Data Centre based at Chicago (Zcolo facility by Zayo). I have supervised over 250 physical and virtual Linux & Windows servers.

I oversaw more than 200 Linux servers (RHEL 5 & 6) which were hosted on Dell and SUN SPARC hardware and covered Development, Staging and Production environments. Additionally, I was in charge of code deployment operations on the staging and production environments. As the leader of the offshore hosting operations team (24x7) at NIIT Ltd, I was responsible for managing a team of 6 members.
