InBev in Europe is leading a digital transformation agenda in sales based on a B2B Strategy. To start up the Customer Success I am leading the setup of this team based in Prague. First milestone for the team was to kick off a brand new e-Commerce for direct distribution aiming Belgium, Netherland and France. Initially those 3 countries accounts to more than 200mi Euros p.y. I’m leading the change management agenda, creating the baseline for the sales team and mapping future capabilities for our customers.

In this position I was leading the sales team responsible for the top Cash & Carries (five in total) and Carrefour (working with Hyper, Cash & Carry, Convenience and e-Commerce). Over USD $50 Million of annual revenue, with a growth rate around 18% in the past four years, my mission was to increase profitability through Cost to Serve initiatives, lead category growth through perfect store improvements and develop a sales team capable to drive diamond approach inside Mars and within customer.
