•Coordinate global sourcing meeting, define articles, suppler briefing sheets and develop spreadsheet tools for sourcing process optimization.

• Evaluate and identify logistic set-up for common sourcing international projects including feasibility of the projects, and optimize the cost involvement with a holistic view on all relevant aspects. • Understand the entire flow of a product or product group through the company Execute comparison exercises (cost and volume oriented) in order to determine the most cost effective route-to-market based on end-to-end approach. • Defining operational strategy of cross-docking implementation.

I was an Intern at the division of Supply Chain Strategy of Power Tools global, and my role & responsibility are: •Coordinating various strategic supply chain projects, from concept defining, tool developing and implementation. •Assisting all Power Tools plants to develop collaboration with suppliers & doing regular follow up. •Generating & communicating various KPI’s to plant managers and top managements which were useful to evaluate performance on different criteria.

I was an Intern at International Logistics Network, and my roles & responsibility are: •Supporting to harmonized newly establish international project. •Coordinating with European suppliers for incoming goods, shipment tracking. •Negotiating delivery date for goods which were delay.

I was working as an Lean Consultant, and my roles & responsibility are: •Implementing lean program in 12 garment manufacturing from diagnosis to solution and Adjusting coordination among various departments of industries •Explaining Lean concepts to production manager to floor level workers via different methods. •Brain storming with senior colleagues (how to modify lean tool as per local requirement).

 Main emphasis of study: Logistics, Transportation, Reverse logistics, Material Flow, Quality, Environment.  Topic of the master thesis: “International Logistics flow of Automobile parts from Hungry to India via Spain”.
