Acting as a PO on Ciklum's side for a different types of product areas such as IoT, social networks, TV steaming services (iOS, tvOS, Android): - Ownership of the product, all the way from inception to production: - Roadmap managing - Develop the product vision - Analyze, capture, and prioritize functional and nonfunctional requirements - Cooperation with development and UX teams - Leading demo, grooming, planning activities - Define metrics to measure the health of products - Product backlog managing

I founded my own project. The MVP was an iOS chat app that is supposed to solve the paradox of choice. During conversations and user analysis, it was found that our average user is the person who is struggling to find the one with whom he can tell everything without any fear. So there was decided that this app has a different job to be done: it was switched to a different direction which is more similar to psychological/friendly support via online channels.
