I was in charge of establishing partnerships with our UK based clients and maintaining these partnerships. I've worked with brands, retailers and Affiliate partners to grow our UK partner database. This involved being in charge of the full sales cycle from researching leads, contacting the shops, making sure all technical requirements are met and getting the contract signed and the shops set online. I was also in charge of maintaining these relationships and keeping the clients happy.

I worked on a Microsoft Online Services project for Office 365. As tier 2 agent I assisted the Tier 1 agents with complicated cases and escalations to other teams. I also continued my role as a Quality Coach, making sure that the Tier 1 agents were following the Microsoft guidelines and offering high quality service to our customers.

I managed the data on the back-end for hungryhouse.co.uk and made sure all the information we have on the restaurants were up to date on our system. This involved being in contact with the restaurant owners to make sure all the information is accurate and the menus are up to date.
