Major directions of research: - theoretical and experimental studies of electron states in semiconductors and nanostructures of various dimensions, - effect of electromagnetic field on electron states, - optical spectroscopy studies of semiconductors, - effects of dimensional quantization in metal and amorphous semiconductor films.

Theoretical research of properties of multilayer heterostructures superconductor / ferromagnet. Reading scientific articles, calculating integrals, programming in Matlab.
