Working as specialized It recruiter for the European Technology Department in Rakuten. I’m in charge of recruiting all kind of It profiles (f.e. Qa Engineers, Block-chain Software Engineer, Lead Architects etc.) for different departments located in Europe. In charge of all the phases of the recruitment process and point of contact with the external agencies.

Recruitment in different fields (IT, Engineering, Pharmaceutical, Finance) and for different positions (Key Roles, Juniors, Seniors). In the last months i’m specializing in Web, digital and mobile profiles.

Planning, organization and coordination of managerial training courses for both first and third-party customers. Coordination of compulsory corporate basic training for the Robert Bosch Group in Milan and Turin. Events organisation and employer branding activities.
