Enrolling new members, space and bulk banking and deposit requests from affiliates, member updates involved corrections as well, cancellation and renewal of membership accounts, segregating and sending various critical activity reports on turn around time, email communication with resorts/affiliates, follow-ups on critical issues, monthly conference call with the client and other regular day-to-day routine work flow.

The job involved processing data, image scanning and back-office processing for US client MCI (Microwave Communications Incorporation) in a Telecom Project . Handling customer requests such as address changes, service start, halt or change . Addressing customer billings issues by handling their mails, which involves calculations and logical reasoning . Processing data for such customers, as well as checking valid email ID’s and rectifying the incorrect ones.

In-charge of marketing and promoting websites for organizations for their business, graphic designing, logo works and menu cards for wide range of clients.
