• Developed an Arduino-based optical water turbidity measurement system using an LED–phototransistor sensor, measuring turbidity up to 10+ NTU with <500 ms response time. • Conducted experiments on 4 different water samples (tap, brine, mud, turmeric) and validated results against WHO drinking water standards (≤5 NTU). • Built a Python (Tkinter) GUI for real-time data acquisition, visualization, and analysis via Arduino–Python serial communication.

• Co-founded a 3D printing venture during the COVID-19 lockdown, designing and producing custom collectibles inspired by pop culture, gaming, and anime. • Led end-to-end product development, CAD modeling, digital sculpting, prototyping, 3D printing, and post-processing, delivering 100+ finished products with consistent quality. • Managed online marketing and micro e-commerce operations via Instagram, growing a niche community of 500+ followers and handling packaging, order fulfillment, and logistics.

• Participated in an intensive workshop on electric bike chassis design and fabrication, contributing to the end-to-end development of a functional two-wheeler frame. • Applied mechanical design principles, material selection, and basic structural analysis to ensure chassis strength, durability, and performance. • Gained hands-on experience in fabrication processes (cutting, welding, assembly) while collaborating in a fast-paced, team-based engineering environment.
