FEM Simulation Engineer *Model and perform FEM analyses using Abaqus *Calculate stresses, strains, displacements and fatigue life *Participating in design review meetings *Participating in R&D projects, creating and presenting scientific reports, papers and helping such activities, *Evaluation, postprocessing, interpretation and presentation of simulation results, discussion of results with internal and external customers, *Validation of the simulation results with measurement test data

Product Engineer *Develop and review designs, prototypes, keeping track of tests and finalize product design to facilitate mass production *Prepare and approve product design and test plans, recommend adequate changes to the approved models *Approving prototypes of new designs, conducting performance analysis of prototypes and ensuring assemblage of products follow company’s quality parameters *Product change management *Creating technical documents for need of the customers and/or other departments

*Design and preparation of machine part drawings, assemblies, project development phases, referencing material and product design specifications, *Recommend and implement improvements and/or modifications in products and/or materials, *Drawing revisions and product change management, *Creatie technical literature catalog data with work instructions, maintenance instructions and installation instructions, *Economizing the design without jeopardizing the safety & quality.

*Collecting and processing responsible of maintenance process data, *Updating and keeping track of maintenance documents, *Creating and optimizing autonomous maintenance checklists in the production lines, teaching operators how to maintain machines autonomously, *Creating, updating and keeping track of preventive maintenance lists. *TPM activities.
