Makemytrip is India's leading platform for hotel and flight booking. I was responsible for conception and delivery of Dynamic discounting for hotels on the desktop website and android/ios apps. Guided a team of software developers and data scientists to deliver a reinforcement learning (artificial intelligence) based real time personalized hotel ranking and propensity of user to make a booking in the next session.

As part of Network Excellence and Optimization team for North America Middle Mile business. Developed fully automated multiple real time dashboards and alerting systems. Delivered a greedy logic based yard space optimization tool which saved > 20 mn USD. Awarded the coveted Jeff Wilke’s Just Do It Award for on trailer pool management tool.

-Worked closely with E-kart leadership as a part of the Sort Centers Systems Design Team. Involved in designing a lightweight, agile and flexible shipment sortation application for E-kart supply chain. -Responsible for scaling up the Next Day Delivery capacity of PAN India network by more than four times (Sort Centers Automation) -Involved in network planning and launch of the low cost Economy service for Flipkart. -Led the installation and system-integration of Linear Flat belt Sorters in sorting stations
