Sourcing and developing new materials including all fabric and trims for GWF, focusing on market trends, technologies, and vendor capabilities to meet sustainability requirements. Managing material harmonization for Triumph & Sloggi, coordinating with internal departments and suppliers, and attending collection meetings. Handling material exclusivity, price quotations, and initial negotiations, organizing vendor meetings and material testing with Quality Assurance.

+ Led and oversaw the implementation of an advisory project over 80 garment factories in Bangladesh, Vietnam, and Sri Lanka, to improve the quality, efficiency, and operational excellence of the factories. + Manage a team of 6-7 consultants and develop project strategies, SOPs, training contents, and assessment mechanisms. + Maintain liason with key partners and beneficiaries of the project such as ILO, and apparel brand partners, i.e.: M&S, H&M, Levi’s, Ralph Lauren, VF Corp, and their supplier factories.

Led engineering team at a knit garments unit, resolving production complications, and optimizing quality and processes. Supervised product development, costing, and material consumption for customer-specific requirements. Executed sustainable IE and Lean projects, enhancing productivity and implementing QMS systems. Coordinated with global product engineering teams, managing parameters for buyers like Puma, Fast Retailing (Uniqlo), H&M, Next, and Gap.

Coordinate product development, liaise between departments, manage ERP systems, streamline material bookings, and related testing, optimize processes, foster relationships with merchandisers and designers, ensure brand alignment, and enhance efficiency.
