Master thesis in system application team for diesel passenger cars with Renault-Nissan. Aim: To develop dynamic models in order to calculate In-Use Performance Ratio (IUPR) for Euro 6 On-Board Diagnostic (OBD) components and to analyze vehicle measurements with respect to exhaust system diagnostic functions.

▪ Understanding the basic know-how of the departmental activities. ▪ Acquiring basic overview of the dependencies of Fuel Injection Equipment (FIE) system from application point of view. ▪ Learning different tools involved in measurement, calibration and optimization of FIE system parameters . ▪ Assisting departmental projects viz. Fuel Temperature Emulation (FTE), Rail Pressure governing, ECU data set calibration and modification.

▪ Process Planner for Single cylinder Mechanical and Common Rail Pumps and components. ▪ Creating and updating Control Plan, Process FMEA, and Work Instructions for existing and new production lines. ▪ Planning and implementation of SOP, layouts, machines, gauges and tools, cycle time optimization for existing and new projects. ▪ Implementation of BPS, Lean and CIP in existing and new production lines. ▪ Co-ordination with cross-functional departments for all above activities.
