I was given a task of finding coverage gap and make a format of uncovered outlets in the city. I found out around 250 stores within 2.5 weeks which was appreciated by reporting manager.After all this gap analysis, 6 beats were formed and a full fletched plan was made to cover these beats with appointment of a new salesman. Here, my role is to help salesman in finding those new formed beats and in parallel train the salesman.
