Soller is a Bremen based third-party warehouse and distribution logistics service provider. As an assistant my responsibilities included: Product packaging and replenishment at packaging stations according to set quotas. Assisting with Intra-logistics from packaging to shipping stations according to given tickets.

I founded Mahashakti, a distributor for Automotive batteries, lubricants and automotive parts, and consumer electronics. As the Co-chief executive of the company, I oversaw the business operations involving the following: Remotely developing sales, after-sales, and marketing strategy with the Chief Executive and leading sales team of four in the southern-eastern region.Ensuring the operating objectives and KPIs of the firm.Monitoring financial planning and internal accountability etc.

Everest Trade and Suppliers is a retailer of 3-wheeler electric vehicles, automotive batteries, parts, and lubricants. As the assistant manager I was responsible for the following: Assisting in maintaining stocks and order management for three different product lines as mentioned above. Communicating with regional dealers for demand planning, demand fulfillment, and relationship management. Overseeing logistics of order to dealers for the central region of Nepal and maintaining respective datasheets.

At OJIN PL, we helped to connect an average Nepali to the world of freelancing. We helped them develop or use their skills for finding a job online/ freelancing and through processes of online internet banking and transaction set-up. I managed a team of 3 and we together managed human resources and public relation of the start-up. When I joined, the company was recently founded which later turned into an approach to check out our earliest business model ever. :D

At Alpine, I worked as a Computer Science's teacher to grade eight and nine. It was a wonderful experience to be in an environment where there is lots of information exchange, obviously primary, however, the surprise was to see the ability of children and generally the human brain to harness curiosity better when there is ability and freedom to seek.
