· Involved with end to end implementation/consulting of entire product suite of the company ranging from Talisma CRM/CEM to CampusVue ERP solution. · Completely own the consulting/implementation of the solution eco system encapsulating product suite of Talisma (CRM/CEM and ERP) and third party vendor (MS Dynamics AX, Scientia and Koha enterprise solution). · Lead business process study/as-is process documentation, mapping, gap and requirement analysis.

· Understanding business process management and business requirements of the customers and translating them to specific software requirements. · Migration of existing Accounts (from IBIS to GRIDS) and relevant details to the System. · Handle entire life cycle implementation projects along with domain specifications · Coordinate project with respect to documentation, deliverables and updates
