-Continuing work from Master Thesis on a self-developed low-ultrasonic vibration setup for MEMS inertial sensors. -Performing testing and frequency-response characterization of MEMS accelerometers and gyroscopes under controlled ultrasonic excitation. -Conducting data acquisition and frequency-domain analysis using Python (FFT, peak detection, and amplitude calibration). -Supporting enhancement of test automation scripts and standard procedures for MEMS reliability evaluation.

• Designed and built a test setup to generate low-ultrasonic vibrations using piezoelectric transducers. • Implemented Direct Digital Synthesis (DDS) in VHDL on an FPGA to perform precise frequency sweeps. • Evaluated inertial MEMS sensor sensitivity by transmitting controlled ultrasonic vibrations across different frequencies. • Retrieved ASIC high-frequency actuation signals from ECU and transferred them to the piezoelectric transducer test setup to evaluate MEMS sensor sensitivity under HFA.

• Designed and implemented Temperature sensor-based thermal measurement systems on 6-layer ECU PCBs. • Developed Python tools for setup automation, data acquisition, and visualization, leveraging socket programming and Ethernet communication for instrument and ECU integration. • Programmed Arduino for customized control and measurement operations. • Conducted thermographic analysis and built a reusable Python plotting library for internal use.
