Led a project, in the Innovation Department, concerning the development of an Instrument-panel prototype based on the idea of a PVC-free foil solution. Tasks: - Prototype and tool design definition (Germany, India) - Conduct feasibility study (Abaqus simulations , FMEA analysis) - Specifications for tool suppliers - Suppliers Management - Product and process validation plan - Processing trials (On field work) Patent subscription: Joining of a decor part at a carrier during foaming operation.

Worked on a current industrial thematic, coordinated and ensured communication with the company. - Determined polysaccharides degradation mechanisms - Studied the effect of several operating conditions - Suggested several industrial solutions

Led two projects in the Industrial Innovation Engineering department: - Production Process Development by integrating an online dispersion unit - Industrial solution for Monomers Stripping Tasks: - Feasibility study (Process simulation, fluid mechanics) - Process validation plan - Suppliers management (Germany, Switzerland) - Processing trials - Product validation via ageing tests - Cooperation between 3 departments ( Industrial innovation – Production – R&D) - Costing study
