- Leadership of 4 teams: 3 electronic design teams, 1 radiation assurance / testing team. Headcount, 25+ engineers and team managers. - Manages all electronic development and radiation testing in Mynaric. Responsible for all teams' technical direction, growth, performance, hiring, training and skill set.

Managed 2 teams, up to 12 subordinates: - Qualification engineering team, HW and SW solutions for chip reliability tests (HTOL, HAST, burn-in, automotive). - PCB layout team providing PCB layout and manufacturing services. Negotiated qualification testing strategy and conditions for all Dialog Power Management and Audio projects. Instrumental in evolving the company qualification infrastructure to keep up with current technology. Responsible for team workflow, performance and oversight of daily tasks.

• Hardware and Software design and data processing of HTOL / bHAST jobs for Dialog power management and qualification semiconductor products. • Implemented the HTOL operations data post processing system around several extensive Visual Basic Excel macros. • Contributed to methodology work, improving and maintaining test floor infrastructure. • Established several procedures, workflows and checklists for designing and deploying HTOL / bHAST jobs. • Consistent top appraisal ratings for several years.

• Managed development of the WiWAN family of IEEE 802.16 WiMAX based military radios. • Supervised the design team (25 engineers) in various fields of expertise (Electronics Design, Mechanical, Software, Production). • Maintained the system specification and ensured adherence of all subunits. Authored the Interface Control Documents (ICDs) specifying the interaction of system components. • Major contributor in company procedures relevant to hardware design flow.

• System Integration Tech Lead. Responsible for hardware and enclosure design for WiMAX based military radios and missile electronics. Supervised system level integration, adherence to specification, verification and debugging. • Designed mixed signal PCBs, integrating multiple DSPs, FPGAs, and analog signal path components. • Designed cabling, harnesses, grounding, shielding and lightning protection. • Performed environmental and EMI / EMC qualification.

Designed hardware for the INTRALINK commercial wireless point-to-point microwave link products. • Designed complex mixed signal PCBs integrating modulation / demodulation circuits, gain stages, mixers, filters, ADC/DAC stages and associated IF processing circuits. • Performed system integration and functional verification.

Evaluated the electrical performance of magnetic recording heads and magnetic disks for the ATLAS series of high end disk drives.
