Development Partner, identify and assess training needs. Provide strategic advice to address training needs. Drive annual strategic Capability Development Needs Analysis process for all retail marketing team by developing and implementing the annual training calendars. Evaluate, engage and ensure high of quality of program delivery by external training providers and build a strong relationship with training partners.

Responsible for Educated Sales People and Dealership staffs, including Soft Skills and Technical Skills: In example, product knowledge, Sales techniques, Sales process and how to handle customer in order to drive the company's achievement of Sales and customer satisfaction.
