Fabricated nanostructures for water depollution. Used TEM microscopy, IR, and zeta potential measurement techniques for chemical synthesis and characterization of nanostructures. Utilized UV spectroscopy for phosphate detection to develop analytical method. Prepared reports and delivered oral presentation on results.

Conducted isolation and characterization of bioactive peptides and carried out bibliographical research. Used Maldi- TOF/TOF, LC-MS, electrophoresis, and 2D gel methods to determine plant cell culture. Facilitated extraction of specific compounds using centrifugation, diafiltration, SPE, HPCL, and preparative HPLC processes. Tested antifungal and antimicrobiological functions and completed reports on findings.
