RESPONSIBILITIES: • Meet revenue and profitability targets of a portfolio of Banking accounts • Create account strategies in collaboration with leadership and execute them • Manage relations with customer stakeholders upto C- Levels across Europe and US to ensure customer satisfaction and influence buyer decision • Negotiate contracts and commercials with customers to renew and expand business.

• Responsible for on time and bug-free delivery by the project teams in different geographies • Manage project plan, schedule, scope, quality, risks and issues, resourcing, contracts and estimations • Provide daily and weekly status reporting to customer and internal senior management • Prepare and present metrics and budget forecasts to customer and internal senior management • Prepare proposals and contracts to secure new and follow-on work

• Manage schedule, cost and scope of large scale multi-year migration program executed by international teams from multiple organizations towards successful implementation • Track, own and solve program issues and mitigate risks • Provide Program status to steering committee; prepare decision decks for Stage-gate meetings • Manage relationship with global stakeholders to build rapport for future engagements

• Manage project cost, schedule, and quality. Develop project plans and monitor progress as per the plan • Provide functional and analytical support and domain consulting for resolution of critical business challenges. • Perform Requirement and Design reviews, prepare gap analysis, compile Business Requirement Documents and prepare requirement traceability matrix • Establish rapport with stakeholders at multiple levels, including those external to the organization

• Perform requirement analysis, design, coding, unit, system and user acceptance testing, bug fixing, complex issue analysis and resolution, code review and task allocation. Provide guidance to meet contractual SLAs

• Overall supervision of approx. 15 projects every month worth nearly 3000 person hours • Lead an 18-member delivery team for a critical migration project (7000hrs) for a major Petroleum Merchant from requirement gathering till post-implementation phase • Perform Design, Coding, Unit, system, regression, system and user acceptance testing, bug fixing, issue analysis and resolution, code review, Implementation Support
