 Optimierung von Sol gel ZnO Beschichtungen mittels Doktor Blade Technik zur Verbesserung der Morphologie und Steigerung der OPV Effizienz um 2 %.  Analyse verschiedener ETLs hinsichtlich Morphologie, Ladungstransport und Leistungsfähigkeit.  Durchführung von Labor F&E für Vollpolymer OPVs mit Fokus auf Prozessoptimierung und skalierbarer Modulproduktion.

 Unterstützung bei der Planung und Bewertung von Solar-PV-Systemen mit praktischer Erfahrung zu Modulen, Wechselrichtern und Montagestrukturen.  Unterstützung bei PV-Systemmodellierung und Layoutvorbereitung mit Tools wie PVsyst und AutoCAD.  Interpretation und Überprüfung technischer Zeichnungen und SLDs für Systemanalyse und Dokumentation.  Selbstständiges Arbeiten sowie Datenanalyse und Berichterstellung mithilfe von MS Office.

Utilized expertise in assessing the performance of various process units, such as Crude distillation, Hydro treating, and Fixed-Bed Platforming units, to develop strategies for efficiency enhancement. Expertise in data analysis tools to analyze process data, identify trends and patterns, in order to make data-driven decisions. Designed process and Instrument diagrams and conducted energy and mass measurements to evaluate efficiency and pinpoint areas for improvement.

Ensured smooth operation of Distillation process & Ethanol Dehydration in compliance with HSE policy. Implemented safety protocols and procedures to reduce accidents attributed to chemical spills. Managed team of employees and assigned their daily job tasks. Facilitated the Issuance of cold/hot/confined space Work Permits for all activities in the plant to enhance process and performance.
