Responsible for the transformation of Procurement in Bayer in the regions Europe, Middle East and Africa (Spend: several bn€). Leading a multinational project team including more than 20 employees.

Global responsibility for high three-digit m€ spend in several categories, leading a global team of more than 40 employees. Focus on strategic procurement, e.g. category management, supplier- and stakeholder-management.

Global responsibility for strategy, P2P and S2C processes, procurement controlling and financials and governance in CropScience Procurement, leading a department with more than 30 employees in five countries. Steering external Procurement Service Provider.
