“Do more with less” is a great motto as it perfectly describes the challenge I see in the optimization and digitalization of global supply chains. While the availability of our planet’s resources is getting more critical every day our supply chain networks are further expanding and dependencies are increasing. I have led global supply chain teams, have closely worked with customers and suppliers in all regions and have successfully implemented transformation processes to make my employer’s business more sustainable and resilient. Based on my work experience I truly believe that none of the value chains we see today are so perfect and efficient that they couldn´t be improved. This said I want to offer my capabilities to further define and lead my employer’s strategic positioning in their value chain and contribute an essential part to new and resilient system solutions in supply chain management. Looking forward to be challenged!
