My current team consists of 4 backend developers, 2 system analysts, 2 testers, 3 frontend developers, 1 architect, 1 team leader. My role in the team is a backend developer (expert/lead). I am responsible for the entire software development process in the team. In the absence of the team leader, I perform his duties in terms of distributing and monitoring the execution of tasks by other developers, releasing releases. I also interview new developers in the development center perimeter.

Participated in 2 development directions. 1. Java I assembled a team of like-minded professionals to research and develop migration solutions. I have successfully completed the versions upgrade project (Java 7 -> 11 / Spring Boot 1 -> 2 / Kubernetes -> Openshift | >20 teams | >100 microservices). 2. Integration I assembled a team of like-minded professionals. I implemented a standard for developing integration solutions using documentation and code templates, which saved the company over $600,000 per year.
