Main tasks: Create and roll out the global Continuous Improvement Strategy. - Work with the country Board to create a tailor-made deployment model for CI - Manage several cross functional and high Business impact projects for multiple countries - Lead the change management effort for the deployment and facilitate a network of best practices within the CI countries - Acts as a coach to the local country management leaders - Hiring Continuous Improvement Managers for several countries

Main tasks: Continuously optimizing the supply chain and developing the skills of employees to work more efficiently and effectively. - Build capabilities - Lead Lean Six Sigma projects - Create training material and provide Lean awareness sessions and trainings - Organize and provide lean workshops on different lean elements - Work towards Class A certification (Oliver Wight) and Lean Poduction System

- Serve as a project manager, facilitator, trainer, coach and advisor to assigned external Clients on a laboratory process following Lean & Six Sigma Process Improvement. - Run, drive and participate in workflow optimization projects following the Lean & Six Sigma principles. - Accountable for predefined goals for sales support of SMART Automation instruments and its consumables. - Responsible for on-time reporting and the development of project plans.

- Perform diagnostics on major cost drivers. - Produce a proposal for improved methods of working to realise potential savings. - Work alongside the employees and management in the unit to get their buy-in and cooperation for continued improvement - Lead Kaizen workshops as directed and to support and carry out lean training. - Lead and coach the implementation of the recommendations and proposals to ensure sustainability. - Review and Develop Standard Operating Procedures for new processes

Main tasks: Provide training, coaching and facilitation services in all areas of Continuous Improvement. Provide SME coverage in Continuous Improvement tools and techniques in the following: VSM / 5S / Workplace Organisation / Visual Systems / SMED / Changeover Optimisation / Pull systems / TPM / SOP’s / Line Balancing/ Mistake Proofing. Organize Kaizen events and constantly start up continuous improvement projects
